Investment Bankers Association

The Investment Bankers Association is a national organization for businesses, that want to go public and raise capital, to meet small regional and independent brokerage firms, investment bankers, capital sources and other capital market service providers.

Our task is to champion the objective of independent financial services firms, investment funds, investment banks, their client companies, investors, issuers and the securities industry. We are the premier forum for small capital companies seeking access and exposure to underwriters, investment banking firms, broker/dealers and financial sources in connection with their capital formation, and other financial objectives.

We are the voice and advocate of independent investment firms, stock brokerage firms, PIPEs Funds, small stock issuers and private equity groups to the regulatory and legislative communities.

Our mission is to create greater relations and opportunities among the following: small investment banking firms, private equity firms, broker dealers, financing sources active in the emerging company markets, public companies and private growth companies seeking capital and exposure to the financial and investment community who provide capital and liquidity.
